This role performs timely repairs and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime, maximize equipment longevity, and ensure a comfortable environment for guests and staff. The Engineer is knowledgeable in the operation, repair, and installation of water heaters, pumps, plumbing, electrical systems, and other mechanical components, adhering to all local, state, and NEC standards.
