MotorClothes Floor Supervisor

Compensation: $15.00–$16.00 per hour base pay + commission

This position includes an hourly base wage plus commission opportunities tied to sales performance, giving motivated team members the ability to increase their overall earnings through strong customer service, product knowledge, and sales results.

Position Summary

Step into a leadership role at one of the most iconic Harley-Davidson destinations in the world. As the MotorClothes Floor Supervisor, you'll help lead the energy, performance, and customer experience of our MotorClothes department while working alongside the team on the sales floor.

This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who enjoys developing people, driving sales, creating great merchandising presentations, and delivering an unforgettable experience to customers from Las Vegas and around the world.

You'll serve as a key resource for the MotorClothes team by coaching employees, supporting daily operations, maintaining department standards, and helping ensure we consistently achieve our sales and customer-service goals.

What You'll Do

  • Provide hands-on leadership and direction to the MotorClothes sales team throughout the day.
  • Coach, train, and motivate team members to strengthen product knowledge, selling skills, customer engagement, and overall performance.
  • Help drive department sales by maintaining strong floor coverage, engaging customers, identifying sales opportunities, and encouraging add-on and complementary purchases.
  • Lead by example as an active member of the sales floor, delivering exceptional customer service while contributing to individual and department sales goals.
  • Maintain high standards for merchandising, product presentation, cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the department.
  • Support dealership events, H.O.G.® activities, promotions, open houses, fashion shows, and other customer experiences that bring the Harley-Davidson lifestyle to life.

Key Responsibilities

Floor Leadership & Team Development

  • Coordinate and support daily floor activities to maintain appropriate coverage and a strong customer experience.
  • Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and direction to MotorClothes team members.
  • Reinforce department expectations, sales goals, policies, procedures, and customer-service standards.
  • Help onboard and train new team members on products, systems, sales techniques, merchandising expectations, and dealership culture.
  • Recognize strong performance and assist department management in identifying performance or training opportunities.
  • Promote a positive, accountable, team-oriented environment.

Sales & Customer Experience

  • Actively engage customers and assist with merchandise selection, product questions, sizing, and purchasing decisions.
  • Help the team maximize sales opportunities through strong product knowledge, relationship building, and effective suggestive selling.
  • Monitor floor activity and respond quickly to customer needs during high-volume periods.
  • Assist with customer questions, concerns, and escalations while maintaining professionalism and protecting the customer experience.
  • Build excitement around Harley-Davidson apparel, riding gear, collectibles, accessories, and the overall brand lifestyle.
  • Help create an experience that turns first-time visitors into Harley-Davidson customers and returning guests.

Merchandising & Department Operations

  • Ensure merchandise is accurately tagged, stocked, organized, and presented according to dealership and Harley-Davidson standards.
  • Maintain visually appealing displays and assist with seasonal merchandising, promotions, new-product launches, and floor changes.
  • Monitor product levels and communicate inventory needs, fast-moving merchandise, and merchandising opportunities to department management.
  • Support point-of-sale operations, register procedures, reconciliations, and other daily operational processes as assigned.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and customer-ready sales floor throughout each shift.
  • Work collaboratively with warehouse, receiving, and department leadership to keep merchandise moving efficiently from receiving to the sales floor.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous retail, sales, merchandising, or customer-service experience; supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.
  • A confident, hands-on leader who is comfortable coaching employees while also working alongside them.
  • Strong sales instincts and the ability to recognize opportunities to increase customer engagement and department performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing, and professional presence.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using point-of-sale systems, basic reporting tools, and other retail technology.
  • Ability to remain organized and composed in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
  • Dependable, accountable, and willing to step in wherever needed to support the team.
  • Passion for motorcycles, Harley-Davidson, or the rider lifestyle is a plus, but not required.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, dealership events, and other peak business periods.

Physical & Work Environment

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
  • Ability to lift, carry, move, and stock merchandise weighing up to 40 pounds.
  • Ability to bend, reach, climb, and perform other physical activities associated with retail merchandising and stocking.
  • Work is primarily performed in an active dealership and retail environment.
  • Occasional exposure to cleaning products, motorcycle exhaust, noise, and other conditions commonly associated with a motorcycle dealership.
