Job Description:
Project BBQ is looking for an outgoing and energetic Model Cook to join our team! This role combines grilling, customer interaction, and brand representation. You’ll be cooking on an outdoor grill while engaging guests and creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

Prep, prepare workstation and cook food on an outdoor grill
Greet and interact with guests in a friendly, upbeat manner
Ring guest up in square completing transactions
Provide quick, high-quality serving skills to guest
Maintain a clean and organized grill/work area
Follow all food safety and health regulations
Represent the Project BBQ brand with a positive and professional attitude
Assist with additional tasks as needed
Breaking down the grill at the end of your shift and cleaning work station

Requirements:

Comfortable working outdoors in 4 seasons weather
Standing for extended periods
Being able to tolerate loud concerts going on
Able to work independently without being told what to do
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous food service or grilling experience is a plus
Must present a clean, polished, and professional appearance
Must be outgoing and like talking to guest
MUST be Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights & weekends.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English.

FOOD HANDLERS CARD IS REQUIRED.
