We are looking for a Senior Cross Rental Agent to come join the 4Wall team!

What you will be doing: While every day is different at 4Wall, you will be responsible for working with the National Cross Rental Managers and location sales team members to identify and solve shortages of equipment for each job.

What you bring to the table: Our ideal candidate will have 5+ years of cross rental experience, show site experience, some familiarity with entertainment lighting and other special event equipment, and knowledge of respective local markets.

What you should know:

Our recruitment process goes as follows:

1. Apply for the job
2. Our recruitment team will review your application. If you are qualified, we will pass it along to the hiring manager. Keep in mind that some roles may take longer to fill than others, but we will make every effort to contact you as soon as possible as we don’t like to leave people hanging. 
3. Interviews – most likely a phone interview and then an in-person interview.
4. Job offered – if selected, the hiring manager will contact you to offer the role. If you aren’t selected, don’t worry, we will let you know so you aren’t left wondering.
5. Complete a background check, and possibly a drug test, depending on the role you are hired for.
6. Start new job… life changed!
