Description:

Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Station Casinos' "We Win Hearts" culture.  Makes all necessary repairs to maintain the properties operations.  Responds to all internal and external Guest complaints promptly and efficiently to avoid Guest inconvenience or discomfort.  Becomes thoroughly familiar with all systems throughout the property.  Responsible for training less experienced Team Members.  Maintains all tools and maintenance equipment.  Formulate bill of materials to accomplish assigned tasks.  Be familiar with OSHA safety codes regarding chemicals and electrical equipment. Pick up supplies and parts from vendors. Perform all repairs, maintenance and part replacements.  Continually assess the preventive maintenance schedule to ensure equipment longevity. 

Qualifications:

Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management. 

Must have minimum 5 years HVAC and Central Plant experience.  Ability to read and interpret blue prints, schematic drawings, and technical specifications.  Ability to use and carry job related equipment.  Proficient in two building trades or demonstrate "Master" level in one specific trade.  Must have a valid Nevada driver's license.
