The Staff Pad is hiring Full-Time Graduate Nurse Residents for a hospital in Las Vegas, New Mexico. We are seeking motivated Graduate Nurses to join a structured Nurse Residency Program designed to support your transition into professional nursing practice. This is a full-time opportunity with openings in both the Emergency Department and Med/Surg units. Emergency Department Medical/Surgical Unit Graduate nurses accepted into this residency program will complete a 12–16 week structured orientation, designed to equip them with the clinical and critical thinking skills necessary to deliver high-quality patient care in either an emergency or med/surg setting. Participants will receive mentorship, hands-on experience, and continued education throughout the program.
