The Staff Pad is hiring Full-Time Graduate Nurse Residents for a hospital in Las Vegas, New Mexico.

We are seeking motivated Graduate Nurses to join a structured Nurse Residency Program designed to support your transition into professional nursing practice. This is a full-time opportunity with openings in both the Emergency Department and Med/Surg units.

Available Positions:

  • Emergency Department

  • Medical/Surgical Unit

Program Overview:

Graduate nurses accepted into this residency program will complete a 12–16 week structured orientation, designed to equip them with the clinical and critical thinking skills necessary to deliver high-quality patient care in either an emergency or med/surg setting. Participants will receive mentorship, hands-on experience, and continued education throughout the program.

Eligibility & Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate or Bachelor’s level)

  • Must obtain RN licensure (pass NCLEX) within 120 days of hire

  • Commitment to full-time employment and participation in the residency program

  • Strong desire to learn, grow, and deliver compassionate care
