We are seeking a skilled and motivated Tesla Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience diagnosing, servicing, and repairing Tesla vehicles and a strong understanding of electric vehicle (EV) systems.

The Tesla Technician will be responsible for performing high-quality inspections, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs while ensuring vehicles are serviced safely and efficiently.

  • Diagnose and repair Tesla vehicles, including electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and vehicle safety checks.
  • Diagnose high-voltage EV systems, battery systems, charging systems, and related components.
  • Perform brake, suspension, steering, cooling, HVAC, and drivetrain repairs.
  • Use diagnostic equipment and scan tools to identify vehicle faults and repair requirements.
  • Inspect vehicles and accurately document findings, repairs, and recommended services.
  • Follow manufacturer repair procedures and established shop safety standards.
  • Perform software-related diagnostics and system resets when required.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Communicate professionally with service advisors, management, and other technicians.
  • Complete repairs accurately and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Stay current with Tesla technology, EV systems, diagnostic procedures, and industry developments.
