As a Lifeguard at MGM Resorts, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. Work alongside leading pool and beverage teams for an unforgettable summer. By understanding our guests’ unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.
THE STARTING RATE:Â $15.00 hourly
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Monitor pool and deck areas to ensure guest safety and respond to emergencies
Follow all safety, health, and company policies
Report incidents and complete required documentation
Assist guests with directions and emergency procedures
Greet and help guests with seating, towels, amenities, and other poolside needs
Quickly respond to guest concerns and solve problems effectively
Set up and clean pool area daily, distribute linens, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be 16 years old or older
Must be able to swim to obtain the Lifeguard certification
Has availability to work multiple shifts per week
