We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and dependable Guest Services Representative to be the first point of contact for our guests. In this fast-paced front desk role, you’ll handle phone calls, check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests—ensuring every person who walks through our doors has a smooth and memorable experience. Your role is essential in delivering great service from start to finish.
What You’ll Do:
Deliver outstanding customer service on every call and in-person interaction.
Check guests in and out, explain company policies, and answer questions about their stay.
Handle guest needs from start to finish—whether it’s early arrivals, special requests, or follow-up after check-out.
Manage busy check-in/check-out times with professionalism—even when there's a line of waiting guests.
Coordinate guest requests (luggage help, housekeeping items, wake-up calls, etc.) with the right departments.
Keep accurate records and follow up to ensure issues are resolved.
Share helpful information about the property, amenities, and nearby attractions.
What We’re Looking For:
1+ year of call center or customer service experience (hotel experience a plus).
A calm, professional, and upbeat attitude—even during high-volume times.
Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent.
