TechOp Solutions is seeking Call Center Representatives with exceptional communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a commitment to service excellence. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. These individuals will play a critical role supporting our client’s operations by reviewing, analyzing, and documenting sensitive information while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.Â

Duties: Â
- Answer and track incoming callsÂ
- Prepare and submit accurate, detailed reports in government systemsÂ
- Accurately record all details in accordance with procedures  Â
- Conduct database and open-source researchÂ
- Route and escalate calls appropriatelyÂ
- Other duties, as assignedÂ
- 3 + years experience in a call centerÂ
- Associates Degree (Preferred ), High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Proven ability to multitask simultaneously communicating and inputting dataÂ
- Strong written and verbal communication skillsÂ
- Proficiency with telephony systems, CRMs, and Microsoft Office Suite.Â
- Experience in handling sensitive informationÂ
