About the role
We're hiring an Inventory Control Clerk to help keep our Las Vegas warehouse accurate, organized, and audit-ready. You'll own day-to-day stock accuracy, counting, receiving, and reconciling inventory across our systems, so our fulfillment team always has what it needs to get orders out the door. This is a great fit for someone who is precise, systems-minded, and takes real pride in a clean, well-organized warehouse.
What you'll do
- Perform regular cycle counts and full physical inventory counts; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in our warehouse management system (WMS) and flag data discrepancies.
- Organize and label stock locations to support fast, accurate picking and putaway.
- Track slow-moving, damaged, or expiring inventory and route it for markdown, return, or disposal per company policy.
- Support month-end and year-end inventory reconciliation and audits.
- Partner with the fulfillment and purchasing teams to flag low-stock or overstock situations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in line with safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in inventory control, warehouse, receiving, or stockroom work (2+ years preferred).
- Comfort using a warehouse management system (WMS), inventory software, or ERP; strong basic computer and Excel skills.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong numerical accuracy. This role is about getting the count right, every time.
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs., stand or walk for a full shift, and use basic warehouse equipment (pallet jack; forklift certification a plus).
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently once trained.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Schedule
Full-time, typically Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend or overtime coverage during peak seasons and inventory counts.
