Senior Operations Accountant – GP Fund Solutions

As a Senior Operations Accountant at GPFS, you’ll be part of a collaborative team where client success, investor confidence, and your professional growth go hand in hand.

What You’ll Do:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client accounting records, including journal entries for payroll, payments, expenses, and accruals, as well as the processing and review of accounts payable invoices.
  • Deliver responsive client service by recording and analyzing transactions, preparing reconciliations, and assembling detailed financial workpaper packages.
  • Prepare and review cash reports to support effective cash management.
  • Process client payments via wire transfers and checks, ensuring proper authorization and accuracy.
  • Maintain and update client and investor banking and wiring instructions across multiple entities.
  • Prepare monthly or quarterly client financial reports, including completion and review of bank reconciliations.
  • Assist with the coordination and preparation of annual tax packages and supporting schedules.
  • Manage semi-monthly payroll processing through third-party vendors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field of study.
  • 2+ years of bookkeeping or staff accounting experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
