Key Responsibilities

· Analyze and interpret financial data to guide operational and executive decisions.

· Consolidate financial and statistical data from multiple systems into actionable reports and analytics.

· Collaborate with leadership to analyze statistical data, deliver strategic insights, and strengthen revenue cycle performance.

Qualifications

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.

· Experience: 3–5+ years in professional accounting preferred.

· Preferred Skills: Strong knowledge of revenue cycle analysis, account reconciliations, journal entries, variance analysis, balance sheet and income statement analysis

· Mindset: Analytical, collaborative, and passionate about using data to make a difference.
