️ Job Opportunity: Full-Time Food Service Worker
Location: Adelphoi Robert Ketterer Charter School, Latrobe, PA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Adelphoi is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Food Service Worker to join our team at the Robert Ketterer Charter School. This full-time role plays a vital part in ensuring nutritious meals are prepared, served, and documented in accordance with state and federal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve meals and manage post-meal cleanup.
• Coordinate meal transportation with the Transportation Coordinator.
• Organize and prepare weekend meals for group homes.
• Maintain accurate records for Department of Education meal reimbursement.
• Follow sanitation and serving guidelines set by the Department of Education, Agriculture, Welfare, and JCAHO.
• Implement wellness policy practices and HACCP principles.
• Manage inventory of milk and juice with the dairy provider.
• Prepare and serve food for special events.
• Assist with cooking and food preparation.
• Complete required documentation and reports in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Additional training in food service is preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
