POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for the management, professional development, budgetary control and leadership in directing departmental operations for outcomes management, case management, risk management, infection control, safety management, and survey preparedness.

 

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: (including required licenses/certifications, education and job knowledge/experience):

Current FL RN license

MBA, MHA or MS preferred

CPHQ, CCM Certification preferred

Minimum of three (3) years experience in quality management, case management, risk management, or the evaluation of clinical services in a hospital setting preferred

Demonstrated knowledge of performance improvement, outcomes and quality management, case management, management prevention and outcomes management

Current understanding of TJC, ACHA and Federal regulations

Must have computer literacy and understanding of statistics, database and spreadsheet analysis

Must maintain a high level of confidentiality
