  • Support auction operations by keeping lanes, staging areas, and traffic flow properly maintained and organized
  • Coordinate with operations, reconditioning, and yard teams to support auction day readiness
  • Monitor and maintain facility systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, repairs, vendor services, and property-related expenses
  • Respond promptly to facility-related issues, emergencies, or service requests
  • Championing a safe workplace and make safety the highest priority on the property
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures

What We're Looking For (The Must-Haves)

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience, preferably in an industrial, automotive, or large-facility environment
  • Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance
  • Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions and moderate noise levels
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with team members
  • Must be able to successfully complete and pass a background check and drug screen
  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet auto insurance guidelines to operate a company-owned vehicle

The Perfect Personality Match

We're looking for someone who:

  • Takes ownership of the property and treats it like it's their own
  • Stay calm and solutions-focused when something needs fixing fast
  • Is comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities across a large property
  • Build strong working relationships with vendors, teammates, and other departments
  • Leads with safety in everything they do
  • Doesn't mind rolling up their sleeves and working outdoors in all types of weather
