Summary:As a Surveillance Investigator Trainee, you play a vital role in protecting the integrity of our operations. Under the supervision of senior investigators, you use surveillance equipment to monitor, document, and report illegal, suspicious, or non-compliant activities across all areas of the property. You’re expected to stay informed on gaming operations, surveillance procedures, and company policies—helping ensure a safe, secure, and compliant environment.

Job Description:
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Â Â
Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company’s guest service cultureÂ
Monitor guest and employee activity using a CCTV surveillance system to identify, document, and report illegal, suspicious, or non-compliant behaviorÂ
Conduct routine audits, player evaluations, close watches, and department-specific reviews
Perform tape/VCR checks and dealer pace audits as assignedÂ
Maintain working knowledge of current gaming operations, surveillance procedures, and internal controlsÂ
Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the positionÂ
Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards
Perform other duties as assigned
Â
QualificationsÂ
1 year of law enforcement, security, or surveillance operations experience preferred.Â
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environmentÂ
Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a teamÂ
Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environmentÂ
Ability to access and input information using a moderately complex computer systemÂ
RequirementsÂ
This position is classified as safety-sensitive and requires successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening, including testing for marijuanaÂ
At least 21 years of age
High School Diploma or equivalentÂ
Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbalÂ
Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the companyÂ
Verify right to work in the United StatesÂ
