Summary:
As the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you support the daily operations of multiple food and beverage venues, including QSR, casual, and fine dining outlets. You directly supervise front-of-house team members and indirectly support back-of-house operations. In this role, you assist with staffing, guest service, compliance, and quality control while helping to maintain a high-energy, guest-focused environment. Your ability to lead by example and support team performance helps maintain smooth operations and high service standards
