All Roads in Laurel, MD is currently seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join our growing Acura team! The Automotive Technician is responsible for performing both minor and major vehicle maintenance and repairs with little to no supervision across the full line of Acura vehicles. We are currently hiring mid-level to experienced technicians.
Compensation
- Flat rate pay: $25–$35 per hour (based on experience)
- Sign-on bonus up to $5,000 for qualified candidates

Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and quality inspections
- Diagnose vehicle malfunctions, including electrical and engine issues
- Record brake pad and tire wear measurements
- Complete fluid flushes and system services
- Perform in-depth repairs on Acura and other vehicles
- Mentor and support Express Technicians
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Handle additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of automotive technician experience
- ASE certifications preferred
- Acura or Honda certifications a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently
