Rowley Training Center (JJRTC)   *This position is contingent upon contract award*   Position Summary The Construction Project Manager (Lead) serves as the designated site lead for the project team and the primary point of contact with the Government. This role provides full oversight of all construction efforts at a large project site and independently applies advanced project management and technical expertise to complex assignments. The CPM Lead is recognized as a fully competent, experienced professional who directs personnel, manages workload, and ensures successful project execution with limited supervision.   Essential Duties & Responsibilities Lead the onsite project team, providing direction, coordinating schedules, and managing workload distribution. Oversee all construction related activities for assigned contracts, ensuring compliance with project requirements and safety standards. Support the COR by performing all project management tasks, maintaining documentation, and ensuring timely communication. Manage day to day construction and service project operations, including customer coordination, schedule reviews, and design reviews. Develop solutions to construction challenges or unforeseen field conditions. Review contractor submittals for accuracy and contract conformance. Participate in all acquisition phase activities, including responding to offeror questions, attending site orientation visits, and joining joint contractor/government meetings. Draft technical responses to change orders and support negotiation preparation. Prepare Statements of Work (SOWs) and cost estimates for new contracts and contract modifications. QualificationsMinimum Education & Experience Requirements US Citizen Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered. Minimum 10 years of project management experience on commercial or Government construction projects. PMP or other project management certification preferred.
