Set up and support meal service for students and staff. Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen, cafeteria, and food storage areas. Clean refrigerators, ovens, stoves, floors, and other food service equipment. Stock, organize, and transport food, supplies, and equipment throughout the facility. Support and provide guidance to Job Corps Work-Based Learning students as assigned. Deliver friendly customer service while maintaining food safety and sanitation standards. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient daily operations. Promote a safe, respectful, and positive environment for students while supporting Career Success Standards. Perform additional duties as assigned to support Food Services and Center operations. Qualifications✅ Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous food service, cafeteria, restaurant, or commercial kitchen experience is a plus. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices preferred. Ability to lift, carry, bend, and stand for extended periods. Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills.
