This is a unique opportunity for a driven, people-focused leader to partner closely with the Chief of Staff and Regional Leadership to deliver exceptional patient care, client service, and team support. As Hospital Manager, you will oversee daily operations while driving strategic growth and team development. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the hospital runs smoothly, staff feel supported, and clients receive the highest level of care.  This position blends  leadership, operational execution, and business management, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.   What You’ll Do Leadership & Team Development
  • Build and maintain a positive, collaborative hospital culture
  • Hire, coach, and develop high-performing team members
  • Serve as a visible, engaged leader focused on accountability and growth
Client Experience
  • Ensure outstanding service at every client interaction
  • Resolve concerns promptly and professionally
  • Partner with medical leadership to uphold hospital reputation 
Operations & Administration
  • Oversee scheduling, payroll, hiring, and compliance
  • Manage financial processes, inventory, and vendor coordination
  • Ensure accuracy in medical records and client communication 
Hospital Performance
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities
  • Partner with leadership on profitability, productivity, and growth strategies 
What We’re Looking For
  • Leadership or management experience required
  • Veterinary, medical, or service industry experience strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to lead teams (10+ employees)
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Financial acumen and comfort working with metrics/KPIs
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment
