As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be on the front lines of our sales organization, often serving as the first point of contact for potential customers. You will work warm inbound and outbound leads provided by management to qualify prospects, overcome objections, and set high-quality appointments for our Outside Sales team.Â
This is a performance-driven role with a base salary plus commission, monthly bonuses, and strong upward mobility for top performers.Â

Core ResponsibilitiesÂ
Call and follow up with warm leads provided by managementÂ
Qualify homeowners and confirm sales-ready appointmentsÂ
Manage and work an active pipeline of new and existing leadsÂ
Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIsÂ
Maintain detailed and accurate CRM recordsÂ
Represent Solar Energy World with professionalism, confidence, and enthusiasmÂ
Occasionally support outside marketing and sales events, such as home shows, workshops, and community events, to help generate leads and gain exposure to in-person sales opportunitiesÂ
Compensation & IncentivesÂ
Base salary + uncapped commissionÂ
Commissions paid on both appointments set and deals soldÂ
Monthly bonuses for hitting or exceeding performance goalsÂ
Clear, merit-based pathway into Outside Sales for high performersÂ
Work Schedule ExpectationsÂ
This is not a 9–5 role.Â
Evening and weekend availability is required, as this is when homeowners are most responsiveÂ
Daytime hours will also be scheduled during the weekÂ
Event participation may include evenings or weekendsÂ

Primary Location Pay Range: $20.43 - $30.64Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
