The Make-Ready Tech prepares vacant apartments for market ready condition by performing various non-technical functions including, but not limited to:
- Caulking
- Drywall repair
- Touch up painting
- Test all locks and key sets
- Assist in inspection of property
- Maintaining exterior lighting
- Ground equipment repair and preventative maintenance
- Maintain grounds and common areas including picking up trash, sweeping sidewalks and driveways, snow removal, etc.
- Assist the Maintenance Technician(s), Porter, and Housekeeper as necessary
- Pool maintenance
- Must be available, on notice, in event of snow and/or ice and other site emergencies.
Compensation & Incentives
- Base Pay: $19.00 – $22.00/Hr
- Up to 20% Rent Discount
- Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions
- Morgan Essentials: $300 quarterly
- On-Call Appreciation: $15/day for holding the on-call phone

Hours & Schedule
- Monday – Friday: 8am-5pm
- Paid rotating on-call participation required
- Must be available and prepared for emergency events
- *Schedule subject to change based on business needs
What we’ll expect from you:
- Active and valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
- Live within a 30-minute commute of the property.Â
- HVAC/EPA/CFC Certification preferred.
- One-year related experience, or equivalent education and experience.
