This role helps ensure accurate records, organized documentation, effective communication, and smooth daily operations that support student learning and achievement. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and clerical support to department leadership and staff. Maintain accurate student records, files, databases, and departmental documentation. Prepare reports, correspondence, forms, and confidential documents. Track department reports, requests, and required deliverables. Schedule meetings, coordinate communications, and assist students, staff, and visitors. Maintain electronic and paper filing systems to ensure information is organized and accessible. Support department projects and daily operational needs. Assist with maintaining a professional, welcoming, and organized office environment. Collaborate with departments across the Center to support student success. Previous administrative, clerical, or office support experience preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and database systems. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Excellent communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.
