We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, fleet coordination, and material distribution supporting residential service and installation teams. This role is responsible for maintaining an organized, efficient warehouse environment while ensuring technicians have the equipment and materials needed to succeed.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory, and material flow
  • Lead and develop warehouse staff including scheduling, coaching, and performance management
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee receiving, staging, distribution, and delivery processes
  • Coordinate materials and equipment for service and installation teams
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders with approved vendors as needed
  • Ensure technicians and crews have required materials for scheduled jobs
  • Track tools, equipment, fleet supplies, and warehouse assets
  • Oversee vehicle and equipment logs, maintenance coordination, and warehouse organization
  • Conduct inventory audits and support scheduled inventory counts
  • Generate operational reports and maintain accurate warehouse documentation
  • Partner with operations leadership to improve efficiency and workflow

Qualifications

What You Need:

  • 3+ years of warehouse, inventory, or logistics management experience
  • Leadership experience managing warehouse or operational teams
  • Strong inventory control and organizational skills
  • Experience coordinating materials, equipment, and fleet operations
  • Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services operations preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory tracking systems
  • Valid driver’s license required
