What You'll Need :
- Active LPN or RN License issued by NYS
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a homecare setting.
- Current CPR/BLS Certification
- Empathy, Reliability , and a commitment to high-quality care
What You'll Do :
- Perform physical exams and health histories before making critical decisions.
- Provide health promotion, counseling, and education.
- Administer medications and other personalized interventions.
- Coordinate care, in collaboration with a wide array of health care professionals.
- Document nursing notes regarding patient care daily.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.
- Must be able to stand/work for extended periods
- Additional responsibilities as required.
