Position Overview:

• Pay: $45,000 year + Company Vehicle, Gas Card & Laptop

• Location/Work Type: On-site / Field-Based (Address: US 76, Laurens, SC 29360; 100% local travel across 4–6 locations; company vehicle provided; no overnight travel)

• Schedule: Full-time exempt (Monday – Friday, operational availability through evening shifts until 7:00–8:00 PM; rare weekend events)

• Requirements: 3–5 years supervisory experience in janitorial or facilities management, multi-site team leadership experience, valid Driver's License with a clean driving record, proficiency in Excel and Gmail

What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities As an Assitant Janitorial Manager, you will lead operational success across 4 to 6 local school campuses:

• Direct day-to-day multi-site operations and lead 30 to 40 cleaning staff alongside dedicated site supervisors.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for campus principals and district leaders to maintain strong client relationships.

• Conduct regular site inspections, audit quality standards, oversee operational budgets, track labor hours, and manage supplies.

• Drive team engagement, safety compliance, onboarding, and ongoing professional development.

• Proven experience in Janitorial and multi-location management, supervising dispersed field teams across multiple facilities.

• Polished, professional communication skills with the poise to interface directly with school administrators.

• Hands-on leadership style, strong organizational habits, and proficiency with Excel, Gmail, and workforce operations tools.

• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving history.
