Schedule Details/Additional Information:

Monday - Friday

Job Description:

1.Properly and safely lift 50 lbs. 2.Climb ladders 3.Be able to safely kneel to pull weeds. 4.Safely operate power grounds equipment. 5.Safely use grounds tools 6.Replace sprinkler heads. 7.Demonstrate knowledge of and use PPE for position. 8.Ability to work in hot and cold conditions. 9.Be on call for disaster response (may require overnight stay) 10.Safely operate a motor vehicle with equipment trailer. 11.Effectively communicate with property managers to ensure high satisfaction. 12.Assess trees, hedges and other plantings for removal and or replacement. 13.Perform minor repairs and maintenance for grounds equipment. 14.Report any unsafe conditions of grounds including walking surfaces. 15.Plan workday to provide the most effective efficient results. 16.Perform touch up and painting of walls and door frames.
