This position offers a balanced mix of outpatient care and inpatient consults within a collaborative environment supported by advanced practice providers and specialized oncology staff. ā¢ Provide comprehensive oncology and hematology care in outpatient and inpatient settings
ā¢ Participate in chemotherapy treatment planning and management
ā¢ Collaborate with oncology team including advanced practice providers nurses pharmacy and support staff
ā¢ Engage in clinical trials and evidence based treatment protocols
ā¢ Manage inpatient consults as part of a shared rotation
ā¢ Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
ā¢ Participate in multidisciplinary care planning and case discussions
ā¢ Deliver patient centered care across the cancer continuum
Requirements
ā¢ Board Certified or Board Eligible in Medical Oncology or Hematology
ā¢ Eligible for Pennsylvania medical licensure
ā¢ Active DEA license or ability to obtain
ā¢ Strong clinical skills in oncology and hematology
ā¢ Ability to work within a collaborative team based environment
