Customer Service Representative

Job DetailsJob Location: COT GA - Lavonia, GA 30553Customer Service Candidate Qualifications:   High School diploma or GED required. Minimum of 2 years of prior customer service experience. Ability to type at least 45 words per minute. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong data entry skills, as all calls must be logged into the CRM system. Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Team-oriented with a professional and friendly demeanor. Comfortable handling approximately 200-250 calls and emails daily. Mechanical or trailer knowledge is a plus. Familiarity with Data Pro, Bazaarvoice, and Sugar CRM is a plus. Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 40 hrs. per week required.
