Your primary responsibilities will include organizing and placing materials, products, and parts efficiently within our production line. You will work closely with various teams to ensure a smooth workflow and high-quality output. Key Responsibilities: Organization and Placement: Efficiently organize and move materials, products, and parts to designated areas within trailers under construction. Assembly: Assemble various components of equipment, structures, and products according to specifications. Rework and Refinishing: Perform rework and refinishing tasks to improve product quality. Tool Usage: Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to assist in the assembly process. Preparation: Prepare parts, items, and products for subsequent production steps. Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work environment by cleaning production areas and equipment. Required Skills: Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and precision. Organizational Skills: Ability to efficiently organize and prioritize tasks. Teamwork: Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with colleagues. Physical Fitness: Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 lbs. Basic Mechanical Skills: Knowledge of hand and power tools. Experience: 0-1 year of relevant experience preferred, but not required.
