Dynamics 365 Architect with experience in Customer Service Module. 

Your role

  • Lead the technical design and development of D365 CE solutions including customizations, plugins, workflows, integrations, and Power Platform components- strong proficiency in C#, JavaScript, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.

Your skills and experience

  • Dynamics 365 Architect with experience in Field Services, Customer Service Module. 
  • 6+ years overall experience with 4+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Development and Support projects
  • Should possess good knowledge of D365 CE ecosystem with strong hold in- ,  Service (mandatory), with Field Service and , Sales & Customer Insights as optional.
  • Experience integrating D365 CE with external systems using Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus) and middleware.
  • Experience working with DevOps (Azure DevOps, Git) and familiarity with ALM practices and CI/CD pipelines for deployment management.
  • Latest D365 CE latest certifications PL-200, PL-400 preferred
