Job Description

Elevare Branding is seeking a motivated Leadership Development Trainee to join our team in Lawrence, MA.

This position is designed for individuals who want to build a long-term career in leadership, team development, and business operations. Through hands-on training and direct involvement with our team, you will learn how successful teams are organized, supported, and led.

You will work alongside experienced team members, participate in daily operations, develop communication and decision-making skills, and gradually take on additional leadership responsibilities as you progress.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured leadership and professional development training.
