Abel Womack is hiring a hands-on Data Analyst to improve reporting, automate recurring data processes, and help leaders across sales, service, operations, finance, and warehouse teams make faster, smarter decisions.

What You’ll Do

Build, maintain, and improve Microsoft Power BI dashboards for executive, operational, and department-level reporting.
Translate business questions into meaningful KPIs, metrics, reports, and visualizations.
Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and views to support accurate reporting and analysis.
Improve data accuracy, consistency, and usability across reporting platforms and business systems.
Automate repetitive reporting and data management tasks using tools such as Python, PowerShell, and related workflows.
Partner with department leaders to identify reporting needs, uncover trends, and support process improvements.
Document key processes, workflows, and reporting solutions so they are repeatable and easy to support.

What We’re Looking For

Hands-on experience building dashboards, reports, and visualizations in Microsoft Power BI.
1–3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or database-related work preferred.
Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Ability to connect technical work to business needs and explain data clearly to non-technical users.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and follow-through skills.
Comfort learning new tools, improving processes, and working independently on practical business problems.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field preferred.
Experience with ERP, WMS, logistics, warehouse, distribution, or other operational business systems is a plus.
Familiarity with Python, PowerShell, ETL concepts, APIs, automation workflows, or cloud data platforms is helpful.
