About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at 4Speed On 50 LLC as an Assistant Kitchen Manager! In this exciting role, you'll play a pivotal part in ensuring our kitchen operates smoothly while maintaining our high standards of food quality and service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Kitchen Manager in overseeing daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure food preparation meets safety and quality standards.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff on best practices.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Implement and maintain cleanliness and sanitation protocols.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new menu items.
- Monitor food costs and help maintain budgetary goals.
- Support the Kitchen Manager in scheduling staff shifts.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen leadership role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in inventory management and cost control.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Passion for food and commitment to quality.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
