Who We Are

Good Pill is reimagining what a pharmacy can be for families across Georgia. By pairing transparent, affordable pricing with surplus medicine that would otherwise be wasted, we help people get the prescriptions they need without the financial stress, and we’re improving health for millions in the process.

The Opportunity

As a Pharmacy Technician I, you’ll be at the heart of a fast-growing, mission-driven team working to remove barriers to health for Georgia families. Day to day, you’ll fill prescriptions with care, keep our medication orders moving, and take a lead role in inventory.

What you’ll do

  • Fill prescriptions accurately, repackaging donated unit-dose medication into patient vials.
  • Own inventory: pull expired products, enter new stock into our software, and reorder supplies like vials and envelopes.
  • Process incoming medication orders, using sharp attention to detail to select the right drug from a large donated inventory.
  • Pitch in on other operational and administrative tasks as they come up.

What makes you a great fit

  • You have at least a year of pharmacy technician experience, ideally in a fast-paced retail setting.
  • You believe in our mission to build the pharmacy of the future for Georgia families, and in using technology to scale it.
  • You thrive on a startup team, balancing a busy environment with a habit of improving processes and adopting better tools.
  • You’re dependable and punctual. This is a 40-hour, full-time role (Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 6pm) that rewards consistency and high performance.

What We Offer

  • Health coverage: 100% of medical, dental, and vision premiums covered for full-time team members, effective the 1st of the month after you join.
  • Well-being support: on-demand primary care, virtual visits, wellness coaching, health advocates for bills and scheduling, and a mental health line, including One Medical and Health Advocate memberships.
  • Time to recharge: 6+ weeks of paid time off, made up of 2+ weeks of company holidays, 2 weeks of vacation, and 2 weeks of accrued sick leave.
  • Planning ahead: a 4% 401(k) match, with traditional and Roth options.
  • Growth: a professional development stipend to build new skills or explore other parts of the organization.

Candidates without the following will NOT be considered:

  • COVID-19 vaccination
  • A Georgia Pharmacy Technician license in good standing
  • Experience entering and filling prescriptions
  • Passed background check

Physical requirements: Able to frequently stand, walk, twist, bend, stoop, squat and use light/fine grasping. Able to frequently sit and stand, reach above shoulders, perform desk based computer tasks, write by hand, lift, carry, push, stack, and pull objects that weigh up to 40 pounds.
