The Opportunity

As a Pharmacy Technician II, you’ll play a central role on a fast-growing, mission-driven team working to remove barriers to health for Georgia families. You’ll fill prescriptions with precision, keep incoming medication orders moving, and help lead our inventory operation.

What you’ll do

  • Fill prescriptions accurately, repackaging donated unit-dose medication into patient vials.
  • Keep inventory in top shape: remove expired products, log new items in our software, and reorder essentials like vials and envelopes.
  • Handle incoming medication orders with precision, choosing the correct drug from our extensive donated inventory.
  • Support a range of administrative and operational tasks as needed.

  • You’re technology proficient, comfortable across pharmacy software, customer management platforms, and GSuite, and quick to troubleshoot.

  • You’re reliable and consistent in a full-time, 40-hour role (Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 6pm).

  • COVID-19 vaccination
  • A Georgia Pharmacy Technician license in good standing
  • Experience in all tasks related to filling prescriptions under pharmacist supervision, from software entry to product selection to repackaging to appropriate packaging
  • Passed background check

Physical requirements: Able to frequently stand, walk, twist, bend, stoop, squat and use light/fine grasping. Able to frequently sit and stand, reach above shoulders, perform desk based computer tasks, write by hand, lift, carry, push, stack, and pull objects that weigh up to 40 pounds.
