Shift Leader

$14 - $16 / hour + bonuses paid weekly

THE BASELINE QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum age: 18 years old
• High school diploma, some post high school education a plus
• 1-2 years previous leadership experience in some capacity

• Operations Management: Oversee daily tasks, ensuring smooth service, product quality, and compliance with Five Guys standards.
• Team Leadership: Train, coach, motivate, and supervise crew members; may assist with hiring and disciplinary actions.
• Customer Service: Deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold the friendly service culture.
• Food & Safety: Ensure proper food preparation, quality, and strict adherence to health and sanitation regulations.
• Inventory & Maintenance: Manage supplies, inventory, and ensure the restaurant's equipment, facility, and grounds are clean and maintained.
• Financials: Handle cash, including register operations and reporting.
• Hands-On Work: Perform all crew member duties (grill, fries, prep, cashier) as needed.
