Role Summary

Our expanding remote operations team is currently looking for organized and customer-focused individuals to join us as Experience Planning Coordinators. In this role, you'll assist clients with arranging and managing travel experiences by helping organize trip details, monitor reservations, and provide ongoing support throughout the planning process.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with travel planning requests, schedules, and vacation preferences
  • Coordinate travel components including accommodations, flights, cruises, transportation, excursions, and activities
  • Compare travel options and review availability through approved booking systems and supplier platforms
  • Provide timely updates regarding reservation status, itinerary details, and confirmations
  • Respond to client questions and support requests through phone, email, and digital communication channels
  • Help manage booking revisions, itinerary adjustments, and follow-up communication
  • Maintain accurate records and organized client documentation within internal systems
  • Stay informed on supplier promotions, destination updates, and travel opportunities
  • Participate in virtual onboarding, workshops, and ongoing development programs
