Responsibilities:
· Provide daily on-site operational and sustainment support which includes maintaining on a daily basis, a log of performance tasks, customer requests, and known issues.
· Capture daily and weekly sustainment reporting requirements via the SharePoint ticketing system and SharePoint FCP Repository.
· Provide status reporting of daily activities, recurring or significant issues, classroom maintenance/preventative maintenance checks and services and problems resolved.
· Perform monthly preventative maintenance of each installed FCP classroom audiovisual equipment by cleaning/dusting projectors and audiovisual equipment cabinet as needed.
· Identify, troubleshoot and resolve classroom equipment performance issues and replace parts as required
· Provide on-site audiovisual expertise for FCP classrooms, serve as the classroom support representative and maintain routine communications with the COR, preform weekly inventory of shelf stock equipment and items.
· Assist on-site Government and other personnel with daily classroom operation of audiovisual equipment including the providing of user training as needed
· Maintain proper accountability of equipment and repair parts to support daily troubleshooting, repair and preventative maintenance for FCP classrooms
· Coordinate with FCP technical support point of contacts to resolve trouble shooting issues and return classrooms to fully functional status.
· Interpret audiovisual signal flow wiring diagrams and schematics; Repairing communication cabling as needed.
· Document shipping and receiving of classroom audiovisual equipment repair/replacement parts to include documenting incoming and outgoing materials, labeling, packaging, and shipment of material as required.
· Receive requests for audiovisual equipment and set-up to record ceremonies such as change-of-command, retirements, awards, special occasions, presentations and other events, as well as conferences of up to a few days in length.
· Coordinate with customers to determine audiovisual requirements, conduct site surveys at various locations on the installation to verify access to power outlets, furniture arrangement, and number of speakers required.
· Test systems prior to presentation or ceremony, set up and operate audiovisual equipment, monitor output during presentations, adjust audio mixers, filters, and acoustic equalizers to prevent distortion and to ensure high-quality sound reproduction.

SECRET Clearance (Interim acceptable with approval)
InfoComm AV Certification in Audiovisual Technology Installation (CTS )
Associated's degree in related field of study OR 3 years of AV support experience
1 Yrs Minimum
Ability to clearly and concisely communicate technical information to non-technical users at all levels of the organization
Knowledge of all equipment settings of Audio Visual and IT systems for classroom, events and normal operations.
Willing to obtain Creston, AMX, Biamp, and Extron training and certification
Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs and ability to climp and work at heights of 20 feet
