Position:Â High Voltage Lineman-Full Time
Performs a full range of work involved in the installation, maintenance, repair, modification, and testing of primary and secondary electrical distribution systems. Â Performs maintenance inspections to determine safety hazards, damage, and repair requirements. Â Must be able to work safely with 13,200 volts of electricity.
Plans, installs, modifies, tests, maintains and repairs a variety of fixtures, hardware and equipment including transformers, generators, convertors, fuses, conductors, switches, conduit, controllers, etc. Must be trained in installing hi-voltage terminations, including transformer elbows, stress cones and splices.
Requirements:
Must have a minimum of five years journeyman-level experience and have completed a formal apprenticeship or equivalent formal vocational/technical training program on industrial electrical systems and demonstrate proficiency and expertise in the field. Â Must be capable of working safely on all high voltage systems, both above ground and underground. Â Each complete year of accredited college education in a related field may be substituted for the equivalent number of years of required experience. Â Must have the ability to effectively read, write, and speak the English language. Must possess a class B CDL and be able to pass drug screen.
Must have experience with High Voltage systems.Â

Rate of Pay:Â $32.43 per hour + $5.09 fringe per hour worked, plus 11 paid holidays, 56 hours accrued sick leave
Shift: Monday-Friday 7:30am–4:00pm
