Multi-Site Maintenance Technician

What You'll Do

As a Multi-Site Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in keeping our apartment communities safe, comfortable, and running smoothly. You'll rotate between properties to support daily operations and maintenance needs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Completing maintenance requests and repairs in apartments and common areas
• Turning vacant units efficiently and to company standards
• Performing preventative maintenance and general repairs
  • Patching and painting
• Maintaining community grounds and curb appeal
• Troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues promptly and professionally

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a dependable, detail-oriented self-starter who enjoys working independently while also being part of a team.

Preferred qualifications:

• Apartment or multifamily maintenance experience preferred
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, or drywall (a plus)
• Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Reliable, professional work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using basic computer programs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Reliable transportation required to travel between properties
