- Oversee daily Patient Access operations across registration and admissionsÂ
- Ensure efficient patient flow, accurate data collection, and proper bed utilizationÂ
- Evaluate workflows and identify opportunities to improve performanceÂ
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and hospital regulationsÂ
- Oversee billing audit processes and accuracy of patient dataÂ
- Maintain compliance with organizational and regulatory standardsÂ
- Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teamsÂ
- Drive process improvements across the health systemÂ
- Implement best practices to enhance service quality and operational efficiencyÂ
- Manage and monitor departmental budgetsÂ
- Support HR-related activities including staffing and performance managementÂ
- Represent Patient Access in leadership meetings and cross-functional initiativesÂ
- High School DiplomaÂ
- Experience working with patients in a hospital or healthcare settingÂ
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teamsÂ
- 3+ years of leadership experience in healthcareÂ
- Strong understanding of Patient Access / Revenue Cycle operationsÂ
- Experience leading process improvement initiativesÂ
