Overview
Mountain Home Services is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team! We are looking for a dependable, hard-working Warehouse Associate to join our team. This is a full-time position for someone who takes pride in staying organized, works with urgency, and can operate independently without constant supervision. This role includes receiving, stocking, inventory organization, order picking, material ordering, warehouse cleaning, and supporting day-to-day warehouse operations. We are looking for an A-player — someone who is reliable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to take ownership of their work.

Qualifications
Do I Have What It Takes?
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to stay productive without constant oversight
- Experience with ServiceTitan and Microsoft Excel is preferred.
- Forklift certification and/or prior forklift operating experience is preferred.Â
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities
What Will I Do?
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments
- Accurately stock and organize inventory
- Pick and prepare material orders efficiently
- Pick and prepare consignment equipment and coordinating with consignment vendor(s)Â
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
- Assist with inventory counts and inventory accuracy weekly and quarterly
- Support daily warehouse operations and miscellaneous tasks
- Follow company safety standards and procedures
- Work independently while maintaining productivity and quality
- Assist with van inventory counts and materials needed for day of jobs
- This person is expected to maintain punctual and consistent attendance in accordance with company policies.Â
