Creates, develops, and implements the day-to-day workflow, operation and management of the Oracle EAM systems. Principle control point of all EAM data across Wells Enterprises. Independently drives system changes and drives new initiatives for improvement of processes. Manages and coaches the Asset Life Cycle process across all facilities through the Facility Planning groups. Directly manages the relationship with our IT department in the upgrade, modification and optimization of the system including patch cycles and user interface changes. Manages the support and training to the entire user community. Makes independent decisions on processes to manage the integrity for the systems and associated processes. Creates reliability visual management systems and reporting for various business levels across the enterprise. Works independently and has responsibility for driving continuous improvement in Reliability and Continuous Improvement systems.

  • Creates and maintains systems across all site and facilities. Develops and manages Corporate Enterprise asset management standards in Oracle EAM. Establishes processes to perform management of change on other functions of EAM data inputs such as but not limited to; Assets, People, Projects, Processes, BOMs etc...
  • Directly manages the creation and assimilation of all maintenance data to provide actionable live dashboards as well as standard maintenance management metrics enabling the facilities across the enterprise to manage and effectively driving to higher OEE.
  • Directs facility Reliability and Continuous Improvement leadership across the enterprise to maintain and advance the integrity of all system data to create one point of truth. Owns the development of the processes and manages the data audits across all facilities. Analyzes this information to guide Operations and CI leadership across the enterprise to determine best opportunities to drive higher levels of OEE.
  • Provides leadership and oversight of asset care processes, procedures, and documentation covering in excess of $1B in assets.
  • Manages enterprise-wide coordination of Asset Life Cycle processes and asset care programs. Leads facility Planners in the execution of the life cycle process of assets. Creation, documentation, implementation, tracking and finally retiring assets facility by facility.
  • Manages the implementation and execution of all Reliability and Continuous Improvement systems. Provides training and associated sub systems like Viziya and warranty tracking across the enterprise.
  • Partners with Reliability, operations planning and Continuous Improvement leadership groups across the enterprise in improvement activity planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Directs corporate operational leadership and facility leadership in continuously improving system elements of reliability such as EAM Processes, work order workflows, failure modes, asset tracking, work order review processes. Is the single subject matter expert of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) across all facilities.
