Floyd Valley Healthcare in Le Mars, IA is currently hiring for a full-time (40 hours per week) Retail Pharmacist. The individual will work every third weekend in the Retail Pharmacy.

Retail Pharmacist Core Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care consistent with applicable regulations and the mission of Floyd Valley Healthcare by monitoring and recommending optimal medication therapy.
- Process patient medication orders.
- Provide pharmaceutical information to patients, staff and providers.
- Provide oversight for technical staff as assigned.
Requirements:
- Doctor of Pharmacy or BS degree in Pharmacy, residency in primary care clinic is a plus.
- Pharmacist licensure in the state of Iowa.
- Mandatory Reporter training certificate a plus; certification is required as an employee.
