Floyd Valley Healthcare in Le Mars, IA has a full-time (36-40 hours) in our Inpatient Pharmacy Department for a Certified Pharmacy Technician.

Certified Pharmacy Technician Responsibilities:
- The Pharmacy Technician is responsible to assist with drug preparations, drug storage, drug distribution, drug inventory, and required record keeping under the supervision of a Pharmacist.
- 36-40 Â hours per week
- 4 days per week: 7:00 AM-4:00 PM
- Rotating Saturday mornings
Certified Pharmacy Technician Requirements:
- High School graduate. Background in health care is desirable. If not currently certified as a pharmacy technician in Iowa, completion of certification required within 1 year of hire.
- Mandatory Reporter training certificate a plus; certification is required within six months of employment.
