What You’ll Do: Inspect agricultural and commercial tires to identify damage, wear patterns, and performance concerns. Mount and balance tires using specialized equipment designed for large agricultural applications. Ensure proper torque settings when mounting tires to wheels. Operate a service truck to complete on-site tire service calls at customer locations. Communicate with customers to understand tire-related concerns, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction. Manage time effectively to prioritize work, meet service deadlines, and support overall shop productivity. Follow all safety protocols when handling large, heavy tires, operating equipment, and working in potentially hazardous environments. Maintain attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship and prevent errors. What You Bring: Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot tire-related issues. Solid understanding of tire types, sizes, specifications, and repair techniques. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to safely handle agricultural tires and equipment weighing more than 100 lbs. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Effective problem-solving skills. Dependable and reliable.
