Job Description:
Esta posici贸n es responsable de la limpieza manual y mec谩nica de los equipos en el 谩rea de Formulaci贸n, cumpliendo con los est谩ndares de seguridad y calidad.
Deberes y Responsabilidades Esenciales:
Raspar, cincelar y cepillar todas las superficies de contacto de los equipos de Formulaci贸n para eliminar material.
Barrer, aspirar y retirar todo el material en polvo de los equipos, pisos, tuber铆as, etc.
Mantener un conocimiento s贸lido del funcionamiento mec谩nico de la L铆nea Suave.
Capacidad para recibir capacitaci贸n en la operaci贸n de equipos dentro del 谩rea de Formulaci贸n de la L铆nea Suave (Operador de Formulaci贸n).
Capacidad para operar equipos de Formulaci贸n.
Realizar Bloqueo y Etiquetado (Lockout Tagout).
Manejar productos qu铆micos.
Mantener el 谩rea de trabajo limpia y ordenada.
Desempe帽ar las tareas de manera segura, seg煤n se describe en los Procedimientos Operativos Est谩ndar (SOP) de Servicios P煤blicos.
Usar un respirador durante toda la duraci贸n del turno.
Realizar tareas adicionales asignadas por la gerencia.
Cualificaciones y Habilidades:
Capacidad para obtener la certificaci贸n en la operaci贸n de montacargas y gr煤a a茅rea.
Capacidad para obtener la certificaci贸n en Bloqueo y Etiquetado (Lockout Tagout).
Capacidad para obtener la certificaci贸n en Manejo de Productos Qu铆micos.
Conocimientos b谩sicos de inform谩tica.

Educaci贸n: Diploma de escuela secundaria o GED (preferido).
Experiencia: N/A

Requisitos F铆sicos:
Trabajar en diferentes alturas, incluyendo el techo de los edificios.
Levantar hasta 27 kg (60 lbs).
Empujar/halar 45 kg (100 lbs).
Permanecer de pie durante largos per铆odos de tiempo durante un turno de hasta 12 horas, con descansos intermitentes.

Participar en ejercicios diarios de estiramiento y flexibilidad.

El rango por hora inicial de Cambria para esta posici贸n es de $17.15 - $22.66. Los rangos por hora se determinan seg煤n el puesto, el nivel y la ubicaci贸n. Esta posici贸n puede ser elegible para un diferencial de turno del 15%, que se aplicar铆a a la tarifa horaria base por todas las horas trabajadas durante los per铆odos de turno nocturno designados. El rango que se muestra en cada publicaci贸n de empleo refleja el objetivo para las nuevas contrataciones para el puesto. This position is responsible for manually and mechanically cleaning equipment in the Formulation area while adhering to safety and quality standards
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Scrape, chisel and brush all contact surfaces on Formulation equipment to remove material
Sweep, vacuum and remove all powder material from equipment, floors, pipes, etc.聽聽
Maintain a strong understanding of the mechanical operation of the Soft Line
Ability to be trained on equipment operation within the Formulation area of the Soft Line (Formulation Operator)
Ability to operate Formulation equipment
Perform Lockout Tagout
Handle chemicals
Keep work area clean and orderly聽
Perform job duties safely as outlined in the Utility Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Wear a respirator full duration of shift
Additional duties as assigned by management聽
Qualifications and Skills:
Ability to become certified in forklift and overhead crane operation
Ability to become certified in Lockout Tagout
Ability to become certified in Chemical Handling
Basic computer skills聽

Work in an outdoor environment in all weather conditions聽
Walk up and down steps multiple times throughout shift聽

聽Cambria鈥檚 starting hourly range for this position is $17.15 - $22.66 Hourly ranges are determined by role, level, and location. This position may be eligible for a 15% shift differential which would be applied to the base hourly rate for all hours worked during designated overnight shift periods. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and/or training聽
